2012 Awards
About to enter their 20th year, the Telstra Business Awards provide an important showcase and springboard for Australia’s small-to-medium businesses. The Awards continue to recognise the courage, skill and innovation that are needed to breathe life into a fresh business idea. Entering the Awards provides businesses with the opportunity to review strategies, consider their ambitions and reflect on achievements. All entrants in the Awards receive a Business Health Check – a valuable 70-page report that can help with business planning and benchmarking against international standards.
In 2012, Telstra will introduce the Telstra Start-Up Business Award, a new Award that will recognise entrepreneurial businesses that have been operating for between one and three years. The Telstra Start-Up Business Award celebrates business entrepreneurs who demonstrate dedication, enthusiasm and the business nous required to turn an idea into a successful commercial reality. To enter the Telstra Start-Up Business Award, the business must have less than 200 employees and be in operation for a minimum of 12 months up to a maximum of three years.
