The Business Health Check is an excellent tool for helping you to grow your business knowledge today in preparation for tomorrow.
Developed by Telstra Business in consultation with the NSW Business Chamber, the report is based on international benchmarking standards (including the Global Reporting Index and Innovation Standards, current legislation, and accepted industry best practice).
The comprehensive Business Health Check evaluates business performance against independent benchmarking of core business indicators including business planning and performance, customer and financial management, HR, sales, marketing and product development.
The 70-page report is available to all entrants, and downloaded from your Telstra Australian Business Awards account by Tuesday 10 April 2012. This free report is based on the responses to the 2012 Telstra Australian Business Awards entry.
The Business Health Check report does not form part of the judging of the Telstra Australian Business Awards.
