Over 22,000 carers have registered with Find A Babysitter.com.au and more than 12,000 Australian parents have subscribed to the service since it started. The business's extensive database is updated regularly and facilitates feedback from parents to provide customers with a comprehensive and personalised service.

Roma Food Products

Roma Food Products manufactures alternative grain foods under the Orgran brand and specialises in wheat and gluten free products. In 1985, two brothers recognised the need to cater for people with food allergies and today the company exports over 85 products worldwide. In 2007, it introduced Orgran Outback Animal Cookies that are free from gluten, wheat, dairy, eggs, yeast, soy and nuts. The cookies contain calcium carbonate for children who are unable to consume dairy, and were developed after the company recognised children weren't specifically catered for in the allergen free market.

ETIKO FAIR TRADE

ETIKO FAIR TRADE is a small business providing Fairtrade sporting balls and fashion items for environmentally and socially conscious Australians. All products comply with strict ethical and environmental standards, and are either Certified Fairtrade, Certified Sweatshop Free or sourced from Worker or Farmer Owned Cooperatives. Since 2004, the company has strived to inform the community about the importance of Fairtrade products and workers rights. The company helps fund healthcare and micro-credit programs in Pakistan, India and Sri Lanka and provides funding for worker-owned co-operatives in South America.

Ripple Products' primary focus is water awareness, water usage and water consumption which is achieved through the supply of its ‘action based incentive' water saving products for the bathroom, kitchen, laundry, garden and car. Formed in 2004, Ripple Products' clients include government departments, water authorities, environmental agencies, large corporates and schools. The business employs five staff and has recently expanded the distribution of its functional water-wise products to the United Kingdom.

Gorman Industries Pty Ltd is a womenswear label combining utilitarian styling with girlish overtones. Customised prints in the form of animals or geometric shapes and luxurious knitwear have grown to become the brand signatures. Established in Melbourne in 1999 by designer Lisa Gorman, the business currently employs 20 staff and has three Melbourne-based flagship stores with plans to open another 12 retail stores nationally. Gorman Industries also supplies to various boutiques and department stores in over seven countries including Canada, Singapore, Japan and the United States.

No Fuss Events Pty Ltd is an event hire business specialising in the supply and installation of hire products including marquees, misting systems, turf protection, furnishings and portable flooring. Established in 1999, No Fuss Events has grown from a modest factory in Dandenong to a large warehouse in Mulgrave, which houses a fleet of trucks and forklifts and over 40,000m2 of flooring and 12,000m2 of structure. No Fuss Events employs a team of 22 and has supplied hire products to organisations including Country Racing Victoria, the Australian Formula One Grand Prix and the International Flower and Garden Show.

The company's processing plant supplies manufacturers including Kellogg's, Cadbury, Greens and Uncle Toby's. Clyne Foods recycles 99 per cent of its industrial waste, and has implemented efficient water usage strategies.
