33 employees and 54 clients. Revenue has grown by an average of 1,870
percent since the company was founded. Point can also boast a stable
employee base with a 95 percent retention rate.

Succeed Personal Development
Succeed Personal Development lives up to their name, working early
mornings, late nights and weekends to create a successful business
providing health and fitness services to the community of Canberra
and the surrounding region. Since the company’s inception in late
2005, it has grown from a ‘two man show’ with a small client base, to
a company with an annual turnover of more than $500,000. It has also
grown from a small client base of 12 and one Bootcamp program of
20 to a client base approaching 200 and Bootcamp programs running
throughout Canberra, with close to 400 participants weekly. Proving
that hard work brings results, Succeed Personal Development won
the coveted Australian Personal Training Business of the Year Award
for 2008 and the ACT Personal Training Business of the Year for both
2007 and 2008.

PSI Asia Pacific
The Federal Government’s response to the global financial crisis has
been the impetus for public sector procurement support company,
PSI Asia Pacific, to expand its operations. To manage the demand for
assistance with infrastructure projects, PSI has engaged an additional
two advisers and established an office in Adelaide. More recently,
PSI has responded to the growing demand for the provision of expert
probity practitioner services, with the provision of probity advice and
audit services now constituting around half the company’s business.
