Beginning Boutique

An entrepreneurial spirit gained from her business owner parents and a visit to a Paris store with an amazing interior and exceptional customer service led Sarah Timmerman to establish Beginning Boutique. Seeing the need for an alternative to mainstream shopping seven years ago, she set about pioneering an online fashion retailer. Selling in-house designed garments and designer and wholesale stock, Beginning Boutique has now built a loyal following of almost one million engaged fans globally through its social media marketing. The company was an early adopter of the Facebook Business page and posts daily content to make customers feel part of the Beginning Boutique community. Its signature packaging - a purple branded dust bag, a hand written postcard and a holographic post bag – is designed to build the brand and generate further social conversations.

From an early age I knew cash flow was paramount and saw the highs and the lows of business - this prepared me for the trials and tribulations.
